<h3>Returns</h3>

<h4>Return Requirements</h4>
              <p>To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:</p>

                <li>The item must be <strong>unused, unopened</strong>, and in the same condition as received</li>
                <li>It must be in its <strong>original packaging</strong> and in re-saleable condition</li>
                <li>A <strong>receipt or proof of purchase</strong> is required</li>
                <li>The customer is responsible for the <strong>return shipping cost</strong></li>
                <li>Shipping fees are <strong>non-refundable</strong></li>
                <li>Items should be returned <strong>only to the pickup point</strong> provided by Unlock Mart</li>

<h3>We Cannot Accept Returns or Replacements For:</h3>

                  <li>Products showing <strong>physical damage</strong> to packaging, labels, or the item itself</li>
                  <li>Products returned <strong>without all original accessories</strong>, such as manuals, cables, or retail boxes</li>
                  <li>Products with <strong>tampered or missing serial numbers</strong></li>
                  <li>For approved refunds, <strong>return shipping costs will be deducted</strong> from the refund amount</li>

<h3>How to Return Your Order</h3>
              <p>Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:</p>

                <li style="margin-bottom: 15px; padding-left: 10px;">Once your request is confirmed, our support team will guide you to the <strong>nearest pickup point</strong></li>
                <li style="margin-bottom: 15px; padding-left: 10px;">After receiving and inspecting your item, we'll process your <strong>refund or replacement promptly</strong></li>

<h3>Order Cancellation Policy</h3>

<h3>Refund Processing</h3>
              <p>Once we receive and inspect your returned item:</p>

                <li>We will send you an email notification confirming receipt</li>
                <li>If approved, your refund will be processed within <strong>7-14 business days</strong></li>
                <li>The refund will be credited to your <strong>original payment method</strong></li>
                <li>Return shipping costs will be <strong>deducted from the refund amount</strong></li>
